1 . Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the tkpk6 website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated services made available at tkpk6.io.
• "Player", "you" or "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a tkpk6 account.

• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's tkpk6 account at any given time, including both real-money funds and any bonus funds separately designated.

• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by a Player via a supported payment method, net of any withdrawals already processed.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. The tkpk6 platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any bet or wager. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. tkpk6 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal. If it is established that a Player is under 21, tkpk6 will immediately suspend the account, void all bets placed, and return any remaining deposited funds (excluding bonus funds) in accordance with applicable policy.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The tkpk6 platform is designed and operated for players based in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing or using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. tkpk6 makes no representation that the Platform is legal or available in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh.

2.3 Registration Process. To create a tkpk6 account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account suspension and balance forfeiture.

2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one tkpk6 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. tkpk6 uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tkpk6 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void all bets placed across those accounts, and forfeit any balances held in excess of verified original deposits.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC). tkpk6 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required. You may be asked to provide a copy of your national identity card (NID), passport, driver's licence or other government-issued identification document, along with proof of address and proof of ownership of your registered payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tkpk6 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. tkpk6 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. Any activity carried out via your account — whether or not you authorised it — is your responsibility unless you have notified tkpk6 of a security breach prior to that activity occurring.

3.2 Two-Factor Authentication. tkpk6 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your account. This significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access. 2FA can be enabled and managed from your account security settings. tkpk6 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to an account on which 2FA was available but not activated by the Player.

3.3 Reporting Compromised Accounts. If you suspect your tkpk6 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the tkpk6 support team immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. tkpk6 will investigate and, where appropriate, place a temporary hold on the account to prevent further activity while the matter is resolved.

3.4 Device Security. You are responsible for ensuring that any device used to access your tkpk6 account is free from malware, keyloggers or other software that could compromise your credentials. tkpk6 is not liable for losses resulting from security vulnerabilities on a Player's own devices.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. tkpk6 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. tkpk6 may add or remove supported payment methods at any time, and will provide reasonable notice of any such changes where practicable.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction across all supported payment methods. No maximum deposit limit is stated here — limits applicable to your account will be displayed within the deposit interface at the time of transaction.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are typically credited to your tkpk6 account balance within minutes of a confirmed transaction. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take slightly longer depending on card issuer processing times. 4.4 Name Matching Requirement. The registered name on your tkpk6 account must exactly match the name associated with your payment method (mobile wallet or card). Withdrawals to payment methods with non-matching names will not be processed. This requirement exists to protect against fraud and money laundering.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are published at the time the promotion is made available. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they may be withdrawn as real money. 5.3 Bonus Abuse. tkpk6 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void any bets funded by bonus funds, and forfeit any winnings generated from bonuses where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion from multiple accounts, hedging bonus bets with opposing real-money bets, or systematically exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.

5.4 Promotion Modification and Withdrawal. tkpk6 reserves the right to modify the terms of, or withdraw, any promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonus funds already awarded and in progress of meeting their wagering requirements at the time of modification.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the tkpk6 platform are subject to acceptance by tkpk6. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. tkpk6 reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event after the event's outcome is known, or where a system error has generated an obviously incorrect price.

6.2 Odds and Prices. Odds for sportsbook markets are set by tkpk6's trading team and are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to a bet are those displayed at the point of confirmation. In-play odds may fluctuate rapidly — tkpk6 will display the odds applicable to your bet in the confirmation slip.

6.3 Voided Bets. tkpk6 may void a bet where: (a) the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; (b) the bet was placed on an event whose outcome was already known at the time of placement; (c) a technical error resulted in an incorrect price being offered; or (d) the bet forms part of a prohibited activity as described in Section 7. Voided bets are returned to your account balance at the original stake amount.

6.4 Casino and Random Number Generation. All casino game outcomes on the tkpk6 platform are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical gameplay conducted by live dealers. tkpk6 does not interfere with game outcomes. 6.5 Disconnection Policy. If your internet connection is interrupted during a game or bet, tkpk6's systems will complete the game round or settle the bet according to the outcome that occurred. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tkpk6 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended, bets voided, and balances forfeited, without prejudice to any other legal remedies available to tkpk6:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate account for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human use.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome or distribution of winnings in any game, particularly in live poker, live table games or tournament play.
• Exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or system vulnerability for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are not payable and will be voided.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome by exploiting bonus terms or pricing discrepancies.
• Using the Platform in any way that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.4 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all money you deposit. tkpk6 does not guarantee any outcome and has no obligation to compensate Players for losses arising from normal gameplay or legitimate sporting results.
